A continental breakfast is included, served in our pool house or on our summer terrace above the pool. Fresh fruit, treats from Mamie Jeanne’s bakery and our neighbor’s honey: a breakfast chosen with care, to savor the first hours of the day.

The place
The pool house, facing the water.
Breakfast is served in the pool house, a stone outbuilding opening onto the pool and the park. You can join the other guests or sit on your own. In summer, the doors stay open.

Lunches are served at the house, following the season: melon with cured ham, heirloom tomatoes with burrata and basil, a mixed salad, in the garden or by the pool. Just let us know in the morning.

Evening
On some evenings, dinner is at the house.
Some dinners are served at the house, along with evening barbecues on the plancha. For an occasion, an outside private chef can be arranged on request: tell us how many and which day, early enough for them to reply.

In the village
On other evenings, Gordes on foot.
On evenings when dinner is not served at the house, Jean-François books one of the restaurants in Gordes, a ten-minute walk away. And if you would rather visit a winery than take a nap, we call the winemakers.

Is breakfast included?
Yes. A continental breakfast is included in your stay and served every morning in the pool house or on the summer terrace above the pool.
What is served at breakfast?
Fresh fruit, pastries, brioche and breads, jams, yogurt, cereals, lavender honey, coffee and tea. Eggs, cheese and ham are available à la carte, at an extra charge.
Are eggs included?
No. Eggs (scrambled, fried, as an omelette or soft-boiled) are ordered on the morning and charged as an extra, like the cheese plate, the duo of hams and the Label Rouge salmon.
Can you cater for an allergy or an intolerance?
Tell us when you book, or the day before at the latest, and we will lay the table accordingly.
Do the rooms have a kitchen?
No. A guesthouse is not a self-catering rental: none of the five rooms has a kitchen for guests. Meals are taken at the house or in the village.
Can we have lunch or dinner at the house?
Yes. A light seasonal lunch is served in the garden, and on some evenings dinner is served at the house or the barbecue is lit. On other evenings, we book you a table in Gordes, within walking distance.
Can we bring in a private chef?
Yes, an outside private chef can be arranged on request. Tell us the number of guests and the day, early enough for them to reply.
What if we book all the rooms?
When you book all five rooms for your group of friends or your family, everything can be tailored: we can organize every meal at the house, from breakfast to dinner, around your wishes, your timings and your guests. Let’s talk about it when you book.
