Cancellation policy.
We believe in terms written in black and white, before you book. Here they are, plainly.
This is a courtesy translation; the French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
Booking direct, on our website
When your booking is confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is required. This deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, the full amount of the booking is due and will be charged to the card used when booking.
Fees and tourist tax
On our booking engine, a 3% booking fee on the cost of the stay and the tourist tax of €0.85 per person per night are added to the rates shown. Both appear in the price breakdown before any payment.
Booking through a platform (Booking.com, etc.)
For bookings made on Booking.com or another platform, full payment is required in advance. These bookings cannot be canceled.
Changing your dates
If you wish to change the dates of your stay, please ask no later than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. Any change is subject to availability and to the rates in effect at the time, and may incur additional charges. If we are unable to accommodate your request, the cancellation policy applies.
Because this policy is strict, we recommend taking out travel insurance before you leave, to cover the unexpected.
